Survey on European Tech Supply Chain – 2026

This survey, conducted by the Osservatori Digital Innovation of Politecnico di Milano and DIGITAL SME, aims to analyse the structure and dynamics of the European software supply chain.

The research aims to provide an up-to-date overview of the ecosystem, with a particular focus on:
• company sales and business models
• sales channels and revenue models
• infrastructural sovereignty and technology partners
• AI adoption and its impact
• software development practices

The objective of the study is to identify key technology trends, assess the level of competitiveness of the European digital supply chain, and provide evidence-based insights to support policy-making and strategic decision-making.
